Account Deletion

How to request deletion of your Pursuit account and connected-app information.

Before the app launches

If you have contacted us through this website and would like your correspondence deleted, email privacy@runwithpursuit.com from the same email address.

After the Pursuit app launches

The production app will provide an in-app account deletion option. Until then, send a request to privacy@runwithpursuit.com using the email address associated with the account.

What deletion covers

Subject to legal, security and fraud-prevention requirements, deletion will remove or irreversibly anonymise the account and associated personal information. Some shared event records may retain an anonymised participant entry to preserve the integrity of results.

Connected services

Deleting your Pursuit account will revoke or remove stored connected-service credentials. It will not automatically delete activities that were already uploaded to another service. Manage those activities directly within that service.

Verification

We may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account before completing deletion. The production policy will state the expected handling period.
