Help with Pursuit and connected services.
Contact support
Email support@runwithpursuit.com. Include the device you are using, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive credentials.
Strava connection
For problems connecting, disconnecting or uploading a completed activity, include the approximate activity date and time. You can disconnect Pursuit from within the app or from your Strava account’s authorised applications settings.
Privacy and account deletion
For privacy enquiries, email privacy@runwithpursuit.com. Account deletion instructions are available on the account deletion page.
Service status
Pursuit is currently in development, so production support and service-level commitments are not yet available.
