2. Information this website collects

This static website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. If you email us, we will receive the information contained in your message and use it to respond.

3. Information the Pursuit app may process

When the app launches, Pursuit may process account details, profile information, device and connection data, location and activity data, performance metrics, event participation and connected-app authorisations. The final production policy will describe each category, purpose, lawful basis, retention period and user control in detail.

4. Strava connection

If you choose to connect Strava, Pursuit will request only the permissions required for the features shown to you. Pursuit may store Strava account identifiers and protected authorisation credentials so it can upload eligible completed activities at your request. Connecting Strava is optional, and you may disconnect it through Pursuit or through your Strava settings.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by carefully selected service providers that support hosting, security, communication and application operation. Activity information may be sent to a connected service only when you have chosen that integration.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. You may request deletion by following the instructions on the account deletion page.

7. Your UK data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive certain information in a portable form. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
